$49 computer, $39 console, $29 phone. It comes off the repair if you approve the work. Mail-in diagnostics are free.

You get the machine back with a short note of what we did.

How long it usually takes
These are estimates, not a promise. Diagnostics within 2–3 business days of drop-off, or of arrival for a mail-in. Virus and software, 2–3 business days. Console tune-up, 2–3 business days. Approved hardware, 3–7 business days, plus parts shipping time when a part is ordered.
Out of scope
What we don't service
No phone screen replacements. No console board-level repair. Phones are software only. Consoles are a tune-up and a cleaning: dust, paste, and pads.

We come get it, or you ship it
Local pickup is available. We come to you for software, a slow PC, or Wi-Fi. Mail-in is accepted any day at 508 7th St, Altavista, VA 24517. The mail-in diagnostic is free. You pay shipping.
Your files
We don't browse them
Techs don't look through photos, messages, or documents. They open only what the repair needs. Data recovery is to get the files back to you, not to read them.

Warranty
90 days on the work
90 days on the work performed. It does not cover a new unrelated fault, liquid damage after pickup, or parts the customer supplied.

EZ PC-Tech is a bench, not a chain. Computers get the hardware and the software. Consoles get a tune-up: clean, dust, paste, and pads. Phones are software only. We don't do screens or boards yet.
The diagnostic applies to the repair if you go ahead. If we can't fix it, you get the report anyway.
